How much Video and Computer ram do you have?
It also helps to have GW as the only running program in the background.

Start
Run
dxdiag
OK
Specs should be there, then if you go on the Display tab, you'll get your Graphics card information as well.
If you've got MSN, pm me it and I can help you out faster.

Update ALL drivers, since you have a dell you should be able to go to their website and get the drivers you need. Then again it's an OEM and OEMs do their best to hide as much information as possible from you.

For one the Dell Dim 3XXX series has no video card slot. Going to their website putting in your TAG number will bring up what you would need for updates. Dell is good for this. You might want to look at a regular PCI (not PCIe) video card.
